These general conditions of sale govern the sale of products marketed by www.eccolafesta.it Group SRL All contracts for the purchase of products through the site www.eccolafesta.it and the customer will be governed by these Terms.
Acceptance of general conditions of sale.
All items ordered online and by phone by 11: 00 (working day) , are assigned to SDA / Bartolini Express Courier same day!
NB - 1: Condition valid for receipt / confirmation of payment.
NB - 2: Shipping condition excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Express Delivery 24/48h
Delivery within 24/48 hours after the day of retreat except Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, uncomfortable place, and smaller islands.
Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, uncomfortable place and Minor Islands delivery within 48/72 hours.
NOTE - 1: The delivery 24/48/72 hours except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
NB - 2: Condition of shipping and delivery is not valid for the wedding section.
1. The contract between Eccolafesta.it Group SRL and the Client shall be concluded with the acceptance, even partial, by Eccolafesta.it Marcos VS Rosa. This acceptance is automatic, unless otherwise communicated to the client. Methods of payment

This warranty is subject to acceptance of Eccolafesta.it and is valid only 1 (one) time for each customer. The judgment of Eccolafesta.it on acceptance or otherwise of the warranty claim is final. As an example, we will not accept replacement requests from people asking to use more than one year's warranty time, using fictitious names or names of relatives to make new orders, thus bypassing the limit of 1 only once per customer.
